Ingredients

Directions

  • Put the water in a deep pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Lower the heat and introduce the tapioca pearls, move them and cook for 15 minutes. Put out the fire.
  • Cover and wait 15 more minutes. I move them from time to time. The pearls should look transparent.
  • Eliminate the remaining water with a strainer and submerge them in cold water.
  • While they cool in a blender, mix the coconut milk with the matcha, 2 tablespoons of honey and ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  • Completely remove the cold water from the pearls and add the other tablespoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of vanilla. Combines well.
  • Add the matcha mixture to the tapioca pearls and mix well.
  • Take to the fridge and let the flavors unify.
  • Serve cold.

Tips

You can make the tapioca pearls and refrigerate them from the night before with cold water and the next day do the other part of the procedure.
