Sweet Potato Brownies are so rich and fudgy, do you believe me if these brownies have sweet potatoes inside? Healthy Sweet Potato Brownies are made grain-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and flourless!

WHY ADD SWEET POTATOES TO A BROWNIE RECIPE?

Sweet potatoes are used in many recipes and it is very versatile but definitely not the “norm” in a brownie recipe, but they help act as an egg substitute. help to bind the brownies while keeping them moist and rich in texture.

Also, add nutrients. Sweet potatoes are loaded with fiber making you feel fuller for longer—a good source of beta-carotene which converts vitamins in the body and supports healthy vision. Sweet potatoes are also loaded with vitamin A which is very important for your immune system.

Avocado Oil: Keep neutral flavor and substitute for eggs

Sweet Potatoes: — Sweet potatoes contain more potassium than bananas (fun fact!), They are also a great source of complex carbohydrates, fiber, Vitam

Dates: contain essential minerals, like iron and potassium, and when you pair them with nutrient-rich ingredients like almond butter and cacao

Oat Milk: Cooking with oat milk is an easy way to add protein and minimal sugar to recipes. oat milk replicates the viscosity of dairy milk more closely than other alt-milks do, so it’s easy to swap into any cake, muffin, or other recipe, one-for-one. And it has another benefit, too: the toasted-grain flavor of our favorite oat milk blends seamlessly into baked goods—and that goes for both sweet and savory bakes.

Gluten-free all-purpose flour: Various healthy, gluten-free alternatives to regular or wheat flour exist for people with celiac disease.

Vanilla: enhances the flavors of other ingredients like sugar, milk, etc

Baking Soda: neutralize excess acidity without impacting their texture or overall flavor.

Coconut Sugar: The sweetener is ideal for moist batters because as it retains moisture well coconut sugar has a darker almost earthy flavor, it’s wonderful in baking recipes using chocolate or warm spices.

Cocoa Powder: Since natural cocoa powder has all of its acids intact, it is typically called for in recipes with baking soda.

Dark Chocolate: It’s a versatile ingredient, when used it is at least 60% cacao. This will give you the best flavor and results. When baking with dark chocolate, it is important to remember that a little goes a long way.

Salt: Salt accentuates sweetness and suppresses bitterness, while also functioning as a natural enhancer to bring out the flavor in chocolate.
