Super Gut smoothie bowl I had the absolute pleasure to create this smoothie bowl because is rich with lots of nutrients and gut support to start your day with a smoothie after a long period of time your digestive system will thank you in the morning. it will be gentle on your stomach even tho smoothies are wayyyy overdue on this day. But let’s focus on the benefits for your gut.

Collagen: Collagen supplementation provides a variety of health benefits. improve skin health. relieve joint pain, prevent bone loss, boost muscle mass,

Glutamine: improves Gastrointestinal and Immune cell activity in the gut Health, helps treat leaky gut and ulcers, supports brain health, improves IBS symptoms, promotes muscle growth and decreases muscle wasting, and promotes heart health.

and improves athletic performance & recovery from endurance exercise.

Pineapple: Loaded with nutrients, and contains disease-fighting antioxidants, aid digestion, boost immunity, suppress inflammation, and ease symptoms of arthritis, and I love to incorporate it into my diet.

Mango: High in healthy plant compounds, improve digestive health, and source of magnesium and potassium both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. and support eye health.

Banana: Rich in nutrients, like improving blood sugar levels, supporting digestive health, aiding weight loss, and heart health, improve insulin sensitivity when unripe. Contain B6 a medium banana gives you about a quarter of the vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and keeps your bones strong.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of collagen

  • 1 teaspoon of glutamine

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple cubes

  • ½ cup frozen diced mango

  • 1 frozen banana in cubes

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of granola

Process

  • Put the blender in the following order: coconut milk, collagen, glutamine, frozen fruit and mix well. If necessary, stop a couple of times from helping the blender so that all the fruit is mixed evenly.
  • Serve in two bowls and decorate each with hemp seeds, granola, and fresh fruit.
