1 Cup of Almond or Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Cacao powder
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg

- Blend all ingredients.
Alternative Breakfast
Three fried eggs, I usually make first a net of mushrooms and spinach on the pot then pour the eggs on the middle of the net until it gets to cook on the bottom then turn it to the other side very careful because I like my eggs not well done. My eggs topping, I marinate radish with lemon pink salt to taste, dice purple onions marinated with apple cider.
