Ingredients
1 tbsp nettle tea
1 tbsp raspberry leaf
1 tbsp Oat-straw leaf
2 lemons
3 Cups boiling water
3 Cups cranberry juice
Directions
- Add everything to a large mason jar with 3 cups of boiling water & let steep overnight or 30 min while the tea is steeping squeeze the lemons.
- Once the tea has steeped, strain it to remove the herbal leaves and roots.
- Transfer the strained tea into a larger jar or container.
- Add the cranberry juice to the container with the strained tea and pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Serve with ice cubes in a beautiful glass!
