If you are looking for an easy, warm, and nourishing pumpkin spice chai latte you will love this chai Latte. Who Doesn’t love Chai Latte? It’s flavorful, with the cardamom distinguish flavor and everyone has a favorite item. But Sadly, what makes it taste so good also makes Latte, not the healthiest option. It’s full of refined sugar, and tons added not original spices. That’s why I love to make my own healthy Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte just as addicting, without the ultra-processed stuff. Plus, my version is fully vegan and dairy-free.
Here’s what you need to make your own Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte:
Dried Ginger: It is also known as ginger powder, and is a spice commonly associated with wintry baked goods, like gingerbread. Its sweet, floral slightly peppery flavor pairs so well with other warming spices, like nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon
Clove: It is an intensely aromatic spice that has a subtly sweet flavor that lends plenty of warmth to any dish. pairing well with other rich slightly sweet spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, it also has a slight note of bitterness and astringency that counterbalances the sweetness.
Cardamon: have the characteristics most recognized as cardamom flavor: an herbal warmth like a fragrant cross between eucalyptus, mint, and pepper more citrusy than fennel and sweeter than cumin.
Bag of black chai tea: It comes from the camellia Sinensis plant. Black tea leaves are allowed to fully oxidize before being processed and dried. Black teas tend to be bold and brisk, and they are often described as astringent. The flavor profile of black tea is malty, smoky, brisk, earthy, spiced, nutty, citrus, caramel, sweet, and honey. Pairs well with anything from berries and citrus to cinnamon apple tea.
Non-dairy milk: I use almond milk it pairs well with tea, but you can use your preference try to use one that doesn’t overpower the flavor.
Pumpkin Puree: You can make your own but I use the can version unsweetened organic.
Pumpkin Spice: The ingredients of pumpkin spice include ginger and nutmeg cinnamon, cloves, and allspice which have fat-burning agents in them. Help you boost your metabolism, regulating blood sugar. As we know Pumpkin is loaded with vitamin A which can help boost your immunity and improve eyesight. Pairs with apples and cinnamon.
Vanilla Extract: I use vanilla in all my baking well in almost everything. Because vanilla has fewer calories and carbohydrates than sugar, it can be used to reduce your sugar intake. I love the flavor. It pairs well with apples, apricot, bananas, and coconut cranberries because of its tropical spice flavor.
Maple Syrup: Gets a lower score on the glycemic index. Alternative to sugar for improved digestion also supplies important vitamins and minerals. It has a caramel flavor. Grade A, amber color/rich flavor, Despite the variation on the outside, the syrup inside can only be one of four grades—Golden, Amber, Dark, or Very Dark. Maple grades are made of two components, color, and flavor, and the flavor corresponds with the color. The darker the syrup, the stronger the maple flavor
