Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup applesauce
¼ cup almond butter
3 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 small egg
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
¼ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of pink salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare a muffin tray. If it is not silicone, varnish each of the molds with oil to prevent them from sticking.
- In a blender, add all the ingredients until they mix very well.
- Put 1/3 of the dough into each of the molds and bake for approximately 18 to 20 minutes until golden on top.
