Who doesn’t love Brownies?? I Do. These brownies are Made with a handful of simple ingredients, these healthy pumpkin brownies are so delicious. Unlike traditional brownies, this recipe has no flour, butter or white sugar. I love making them for my family to enjoy!
Pumpkin desserts are common this season, especially when the weather cools and canned pumpkin is available at every grocery store. When I want a simple chocolate treat, my pumpkin brownie recipe is what I turn to. Who doesn’t love chocolate?
Aside from its delicious taste, the ingredients of this recipe are full of health benefits that you and your family can enjoy.
1. Pumpkin
- Rich in Vitamins and Antioxidants: Pumpkin is packed with Vitamin A, which supports eye health and boosts the immune system.

2. Cocoa (70% Cacao or More)

My pumpkin brownies are a simple and healthy desert or snacks easy to makes delicious and perfect for the fall. They come together under 30 minutes.
Pumpkin Brownies

¾ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
¼ cup nut butter
¼ cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup oat flour
¼ cup chocolate chips
Pinch of coarse salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare a brownie pan or a silicone mold or one with parchment paper and oil to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, add the pumpkin puree, nut butter, maple and vanilla essence. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
- In another bowl, add the cinnamon and oat flour. Mix well.
- Add the flour to the liquid ingredients and combine. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the brownie molds and finally add the coarse salt.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

These brownies are amazing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
You can refrigerate these brownies for 8 days.
