Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 cup ground psyllium

  • 1¼ cups almond flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup of boiling water

  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar

  • 3 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons everything but the bagel

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a tray with waxed paper or a silicone mat.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and combine well.
  • Add boiling water while blending with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. The dough should be like plasticine.
  • Moisten your hands with a little olive oil and form 6 rolls. Place on the tray and cover with everything but the bagel.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden.

Tips

The color of the Keto dinner rolls may vary depending on the brand of psyllium you use.
