Healthy Pumpkin Protein Balls Recipe

Pumpkin Protein Balls

Pumpkin season is still going strong. Try this delicious recipe to get your pumpkin and protein fix.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Multiple Collagen Protein

  • 3 tbsp melted coconut butter (or 1 can of coconut oil)

  • 3 tbsp almond butter

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • Pink Himalayan Salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Roll into 8 1.5-inch balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate and store in the freezer for 1-2 months. Defrost 5 minutes before eating!
