Pumpkin Protein Balls
Course: SnacksDifficulty: EasyPumpkin season is still going strong. Try this delicious recipe to get your pumpkin and protein fix.
Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp Vanilla Multiple Collagen Protein
3 tbsp melted coconut butter (or 1 can of coconut oil)
3 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pink Himalayan Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Roll into 8 1.5-inch balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate and store in the freezer for 1-2 months. Defrost 5 minutes before eating!
