Ingredients

  • 1 fresh ripe peach without seed

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup of coconut yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of maple

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom

PROCESS

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
  • Serve and enjoy.
