I love bone broth because of its great benefits. Since I started consuming it, it has helped me a lot. Studies have revealed that this magical bone broth helps our intestinal system a lot And when our intestinal system is healthy Intestinal bacteria and their relationship with hormonal balance have become the focus of scientific attention. Early studies indicate that the intestinal microbiota plays a fundamental role in regulating our hormones.

No Hi, gut bacteria and hormones, among other things. For example, the gut can signal the brain which nutrients the body is lacking. The gut even produces a number of hormones (“messenger substances”) depending on the composition of the gut flora. These include the happiness hormones dopamine and serotonin, and also the sleep hormone melatonin. Hormones influence all situations in our lives.

Hormonal evolution is especially evident at birth, in the childhood development phase, in puberty and menopause or andropause (male menopause).

New research suggests that gut microbiota plays a central role in regulating estrogen levels.

Among these benefits are:

Strengthens bones and joints

Contains collagen, chondroitin and glucosamine, which help reduce inflammation and joint pain, and strengthen bones.

Helps digestive health

It is very digestible and can help relieve symptoms of digestive problems.

Hydrates

It is a liquid way to stay hydrated, which is important in case of respiratory or stomach infections.

Improves skin health

It contains ingredients such as collagen, keratin and glycosaminoglycans, which help improve skin elasticity and hydration.

It is good for brain health

It contains healthy fats, such as those from bone marrow, and calcium, which is important for nerve functions.

Helps you sleep better

It contains glycine, which acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter that decreases anxiety and induces a state of calm.

Helps control appetite

It contains proteins that help you feel full and decrease the desire to eat foods rich in sugar.

Bone broth also contains minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium, which help maintain healthy bones, keep the metabolism working properly and the nervous system.

Each ingredients of this bone broth recipe have nutrients that is good for your body, such as like:

Turmeric: Contains curcumin, a powerful antioxidant with strong anti-inflammatory effects, which can help reduce joint pain and support overall health.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Helps extract the minerals from the bones, making the broth more nutrient-dense. It also supports digestion and may help balance blood sugar levels.
