One of my favorites recipe from Mexico is tortillas on my first visit to Mexico i fall in love with their food but in particular their variety of tortillas. You guys will love this tortillas variety.
Flexible, resistant, easy to make, with a fabulous flavor and, very importantly, natural! Gluten-free natural yuca y coco.
As you may know, my main goal is to make gluten-free food healthy, affordable and accessible to the majority. That is why I insist on creating recipes using natural ingredients because they are easier to find, cheaper, healthier and more ecological.
