Oat bread

If there is one thing about me is that I’m addicted to oats. I’ve been having protein oatmeal every morning since then, and every day it feels like the first time. Oats are a food that has it all: healthy, versatile and so delicious. Both in sweet and savory recipes!

Making bread at home has never been that simple! After this recipe, you’ll be baking oat bread every week. The best thing is, you don’t need to be a seasoned baker because it’s so quick and simple.

First and foremost, this is an oat bread without yeast. No yeast means that there is no need for endless rising times. If this is not enough, the loaf comes together in a bowl. No kneading!

This easy oat bread without yeast is soft and delicious! Made with oatmeal and no flour, this no-knead bread is packed with nutrients and taste. So here is all you need to make oatmeal bread at home.

INGREDIENTS:

Oat Meal: Oatmeal is nutritionally rich. It has more protein than most grains and also contains numerous vitamins and minerals. It contains antioxidants and a soluble fiber called beta-glucan, which aids several systems of the body.

Almond Milk: Is dairy-free, It has no lactose (a sugar found naturally in dairy milk) since it’s not an animal product. As a result, it’s a good milk substitute for people with lactose intolerance. It’s also suitable for vegan people.

Apple cider vinegar: Research suggests that apple cider vinegar may have beneficial health properties, including antimicrobial and antioxidant effects.

Pink salt: has a unique combination of minerals, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium, that help to stimulate circulation and detoxify the body. As a result, it can help to flush out toxins, reduce puffiness and bloating, and help keep your skin looking soft and healthy.

Pure Honey: The phytonutrients in honey are responsible for its antioxidant properties, as well as its antibacterial and antifungal power. They’re also thought to be the reason raw honey has shown immune-boosting and anticancer benefits.
