Chocolate Chips Protein Cookies

For my chocolate Lover, these easy and fun cookies with Protein are so amazing and When those chocolate cravings strike, there’s nothing better than chocolate on chocolate.

They are such a healthy dessert with protein, Oat, and chocolate.

Chocolate Chips Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vanilla protein

  • 3 tablespoons GF rolled oats

  • ¼ cup soft almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 banana, cut into small pieces

  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare a tray with waxed paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a bowl, mix the vanilla protein, oat flakes, almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, baking powder, and banana pieces. Combines well.
  • Add the slivered almonds and form 3 to 4 cookies with your hands.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • Place on the silicone mat separately and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. They will probably feel soft when you take them out, don’t worry, just put them in the refrigerator for 5 more minutes.
  • Remove and serve.

Tips

You can add chocolate chips or other seeds and they are delicious.
