Lately, I have been obsessed with Latte, and drink tea during the day or before bed because it helps me since Tea boosts my metabolism.The healthiest option is almost always the one that contains no milk and sugar. You can still enjoy sweet, with raw honey, or date option sweeteners. Milk alternatives such as almond and oat milk are also healthy alternatives this latte is packed with flavor and delightful health benefits. Naturally vegan, plant-based, and gluten-free. I am such a fan and lover of lavender for its benefits of better sleep, De-stress, and calm sleep by curling up before bed with a cup of calming lavender tea or a delicious latte. Ease menstrual pain, good for your skin, Balance your immune systems, and you know what they say healthy immune system happy hormones, support the digestive system, and ease anxiety symptoms.

This delicious silky smooth, creamy, sweet, cozy, and comforting, packed with delicious flavors, packed with soothing, nutrient-dense ingredients is incredibly easy to make. It also reminds me of my grandmother with her garden in front of the house full of healing herbs when she told me to go to the garden to look for lavender, mint, and other herbs to make her tea in the morning or to drink her vitamins, she used to drink them with tea. It is so delightful to remember those days when grandmothers passed down those traditions of eating the simple things of the land since it is the most natural and it’s what your body recognizes without anything synthetic. Lavender latte

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup of water

  • ¼ cup foamed oat milk

  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

  • ½ teaspoon honey

Directions

  • Heat the water to 100 C. Add the lavender and infuse for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, froth the almond milk.
  • Serve the lavender infusion and add the vanilla and honey essence.
  • Finally add the foamed milk.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Tips:

You can make this cold latte. You have to leave it in the refrigerator and serve it with ice. It’s delicious.
