Refreshing Mineral Tea for Hormonal Imbalance

Recipe by Glennys Marquez

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp nettle tea

  • 1 tbsp raspberry leaf

  • 1 tbsp Oat-straw leaf

  • 2 lemons

  • 3 Cups boiling water

  • 3 Cups cranberry juice

Directions

  • Add everything to a large mason jar with 3 cups of boiling water & let steep overnight or 30 min while the tea is steeping squeeze the lemons.
  • Once the tea has steeped, strain it to remove the herbal leaves and roots.
  • Transfer the strained tea into a larger jar or container.
  • Add the cranberry juice to the container with the strained tea and pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Serve with ice cubes in a beautiful glass!

Tips:

You can double or triple the amount.
