Everyone knows how I love Matcha. I was a coffee drinker before but going through my life changes hormonal I started switching my eating habits for more hormonal friendly foods. So now, I make Matcha every possible ways to enjoy it. These combo Blend matcha with warm water, coconut milk, vanilla, Maca and a date and you’ll get the most delicious, creamy drink. This coconut milk matcha is perfectly sweet and will give you the little energy boost you need to get through a busy week. No coffee needed.
if you don’t own a matcha whisk is not a problem this recipe is for you. Trust me blending matcha in a blender is a game changers.
Hot Coconut Matcha Latte

1 teaspoon ceremonial matcha
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup of water
1 teaspoon of maca
½ teaspoon pure honey/1 Date
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 -1/4 Vanilla paste
Directions
- Heat the water to 80 degrees.
- Place the ceremonial matcha in a bowl and add a little hot water. With a mixer or whisk, mix vigorously until you get bubbles and the matcha is completely dissolved.
- Add the maca, honey and cinnamon and the other part of the water and mix well.
- Pour the matcha into your glass and add the warm coconut milk.
