What you will need:
Almond Flour: Almond flour can be substituted for regular flour at a 1:1 ratio. It is important to note that almond flour may require more egg to bind the flour. almond flour is higher in protein and fiber, which can help keep you fuller longer.
Oat Flour: it offers high proteins, dietary fibre, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. All these nutrients are healthy for your health. It is lighter than regular flour, which means recipes typically need about 42% more than traditional flour. Luckily, it’s super easy to figure out how much you need to use. You just need equal weights. So, if the recipe calls for one cup of flour, just use one cup of oat flour.
Cocoa: the acidity in natural will help this cake rise more. So keep that in mind! Also, because cacao powder is less processed than cocoa powder, it is a lot more bitter.
Baking Powder: acts as a chemical leavener. Pretty standard baking ingredients here!
Pink Salt: improves the texture of baked goods.
Egg: When added to a recipe, eggs take on a few roles. They may be used to add structure, flavor, texture or act as a leavening agent. bind, thicken, coat, serve as a leavening agent, and emulsify.
Coconut Sugar: using coconut sugar will keep this gluten free chocolate cake entirely refined sugar free.
Dairy-Free Milk: help control inflammation, reduce digestive issues, and to balance hormones. bring taste, texture, and a nice colour
Avocado Oil: Avocado oil is an excellent substitute for butter, lending rich flavor and creamy texture to recipes without the high saturated fat content. Baked goods will come out softer and moister too!
Dark Chocolate: Most dark chocolate is rich in plant chemicals called flavanols. Flavanols are antioxidants linked to a lower risk of heart disease. It gives a rich flavor.
