Glenny’s Simple Avo Salsa

Avocados are a healthy source of fat, but there’s so much more to them! They’re great for regulating cholesterol because of all the monosaturated fats in them. They’re also amazing sources of low-GI energy and having avocado for breakfast or lunch can help keep you fuller longer! Having avocado with other foods helps you absorb nutrients better because of the vitamins E and K in avocados.

Try this simple avo salsa recipe with fish or you can even use it with fried sweet potato!
