Matcha Latte Gummy Bears

Since I was a kid I love little things as a Matcha lover I create everything with it. and I find this Matcha gummy so adorable, sweet, and chewy. They are also gluten-free.

Ingredients for Vegan Matcha Latte Gummy Bears

You only need 7 ingredients to make these fun matcha gummies, plus water and salt:

  1. Unflavored gelatin. . helps these gummies come together and hold their shape.
  2. Maple Syrup. You can also sweeten it with agave if you like.
  3. Matcha. Choose a Matcha Powder that you love!
  4. Vanilla extract for a hint of warming flavor in the latte bears.
  5. Coconut Cream: To add flavor and richness to vegan and dairy-free dishes and desserts.
  6. Coconut Milk: is a mixture of sweet, nutty, and salty flavors.

Matcha Latte Gummy Bears

Ingredients

  • 1 gummy mold

  • 1 teaspoon ceremonial matcha

  • 100 ml of coconut milk

  • 100 ml of coconut cream

  • 1 tablespoon of maple

  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin

  • ¼ cup filtered water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • In a wide-mouth jar, add the matcha with the gelatin and the water. Let the gelatin bloom for at least 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat the milk and coconut cream in a saucepan until small bubbles begin to come out. Turns off.
  • Add the vanilla and maple to the pitcher and mix well. Take this mixture to the pot and with a fork help yourself to break any ball that remains of the gelatin.
  • Transfer to silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Unmold and enjoy.

You also can make them in any flavor I made some cardamom and pumpkin.
