It’s no secret that I’m a matcha lover. I start almost every day with a warm, frothy matcha latte. And because I love making matcha versions of everything coffee 😗🍵 this coconut version is one of my favorite. Since Summer is Here I made the cold version which I hesitate to do so since I prefer warm and frothy but I gave it a chance of the cold one and I love it as well.
I hope you love it as much as I did:
- MATCHA: Matcha powder. I recommend high-quality ceremonial grade matcha. This is my favorite, it’s creamier and sweeter than cheaper, more bitter options. High in antioxidants. Matcha is rich in catechins, a class of plant compounds in tea that acts as natural antioxidants.
- It May help protect the liver
- Boosts brain function.
- It May help prevent cancer.
- May promote heart health.
- Helps you lose weight.
- Matcha tea is very easy to prepare.
- VANILLA COLLAGEN: Vanilla Collagen Protein contains amino acids to support healthy skin, bones, and joints, plus MCT oil for sustained energy. Add sweet vanilla flavor to coffee, smoothies, and more for a delicious protein boost.
- COCONUT CREAMER: first, coconut milk fat is high in MCTs – medium-chain triglycerides – which can help you feel fuller after eating, exercise better and even provide immediate energy to the brain. I use it in my Matcha it adds the frothy frappe to my Matcha.
