Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dehydrated grated coconut without sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of maple

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

  • 10 toasted hazelnuts

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add 3/4 cup of dehydrated coconut and the other ingredients to a food processor (except hazelnuts) and mix until you get a dough.
  • Divide between 10 balls and in each one insert a hazelnut in the middle and close.
  • Cover the balls with the remaining ¼ cup of coconut and refrigerate. I coated with rose powder (optional)
