Week 1: Introduction

Change starts in the mind. During the first week, we will focus on changing your mindset and helping you prepare for the life-altering changes you’re about to make.

We will go through your health history, health goals, and an overview of the month in a 60-minute 1-on-1 session.

Week 2: Timeline & Action Plan

For the second week, we review your personalized action plan and how you can ease the transition in a 30 minute 1-on-1 session.

Week 3: Check-in / Q&A

By this time, you ought to have started developing healthier habits. We will check in with each other in another 30-mintue 1-on-1 session where I will also answer any questions or concerns you have.

Week 4: Completion & Keeping It Up

On the last week of your 1-on-1 training, you will learn how to keep up with the habits you developed over the last month. We will go over all these in our last 30-minute 1-on-1 session.
