These are exercises that use your body weight as resistance, or a HIIT sweat Morning workout. you can turn your vacation into a cardio adventure. Explore your surroundings and let your heart race with excitement. Such as hiking, brisk beach walk after dinner. I put together these 5 exercises for AM fast sweats exercises:


10 minutes 1 minutes each 2 circuits.


-In/out jumping Jack
-Latterly movement
-Squad Jump

-High knees
