Recently, I was invited to a gathering some of the snacks were chocolate orange truffles but it was loaded with sugar and saturated fat. Therefore I desired to make my version of Chocolate Orange Truffles with ingredients that your body recognizes and good qualities ingredients. I love this recipe and I am so positive when you serve these truffles watch how quickly they will disappear. This only has 6 ingredients and is nutritious such as

  1. Orange
  • Rich in vitamin C, oranges boost collagen production, supporting skin elasticity and reducing signs of aging. They also enhance immunity and aid in iron absorption, crucial for women to prevent anemia.

2. Pitted Date

  • Dates provide natural sweetness and are high in fiber, promoting digestive health and reducing bloating. Their magnesium content helps alleviate PMS symptoms and supports bone health.

    3. Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • Coconut oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which boost energy and metabolism, making it ideal for hormone balance. Its healthy fats support glowing skin and hydration from within.

4. Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • Packed with antioxidants, cocoa powder improves cardiovascular health and boosts mood by increasing serotonin levels. It also contains magnesium, which eases menstrual cramps and supports bone density.

5. Teaspoon Ground Cardamom

  • Cardamom has anti-inflammatory properties that aid in reducing bloating and improving digestion. Its antioxidants also promote clear skin and help regulate hormonal imbalances.

6. Pink Salt

  • Pink salt contains trace minerals that support electrolyte balance and hydration, especially during menstruation. It also helps prevent muscle cramps and supports thyroid function due to its iodine content.

Tips:

This is a perfect recipe for meal prep. You just have to make them on the weekend and leave them ready in your refrigerator. Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Ideally, keep them in one layer but if your container can’t hold them that way, separate the layers with non-stick baking paper.
