What are the components of an active lifestyle?
To live actively means to be consciously aware of the choices we make and the things we do that make for the well-being of the body, mind and spirit.

Self-care is anything that we deliberately do (or refrain from doing) with the aim of achieving a better well-being for our body, mind and spirit.
This month (in October) I choose to write about asking you to find a gym and workout that you like even though this would have been some persons New Year resolution (in January).
