Upper Body Exercises to Tone Your Muscles

Today’s I want to talk about armpit fat, this is a sensitive topic because even some of the most active, nutritionally dedicated people experience fat in this area, which we all know this fat is stubborn and seemingly everlasting. We women, especially, the first thing we think about when we going to start going to the gym or start working out think about how can I get rid of the fat in that area but we can have a hard time with this area due to breast tissue in this area.

With that being said, don’t get discouraged because it’s possible to minimize the amount of body fat that accumulates in that area and you probably asking the big question we all ASK HOW? Well, by using an effective weight training routine and most important a balanced nutritional approach. Remember it goes hand in hand with weight training and balanced nutrition.

In regards to training and exercise, remember that there is no way to “spot reduce” just one area.

However, working the muscles in the area you would like to target, your shoulders and chest in this instance can help tone this area while you work on reducing overall body fat as well.

But I want to start with these must-do exercises to target the armpit area.

Let’s target those Underarm exercises:

  • 3×10 reps | Triangle Push-Up (modification)
  • 4×12 reps | Overhead Triceps extension
  • 4×12 reps | Palm Facing
  • 4×15 reps | Close Press (Hand Touching)
