5 Min Daily Stretch Every Morning

We all have 5min after a workout. And 5min (= 10 exercises) already go a long way. We stretch the sides of our body, our legs, tummy and work on our spine and hip mobility. No new or fancy exercises – but finally a super quick video we can stick to with these easy stretching exercises.

Do these exercises each for at least 1 minute or for 1-2 full rounds before your workout. Go SLOW and focus on your form instead of trying to just get a bunch of reps in. Mobility is not about speed!
